A welcome base for sightseeing in Paris.

The location was amazing and central, felt incredibly safe, lovely balcony, very large apartment, perfect for family relaxation, clean and comfortable bed.

time here was such wonderful and i would recomand to all. i liked the location and layout which are perfect. location was stunning, relatively close to la science. besides, it was close to a grocery store and a pharmacy. there were nice restaurants close to the apartment.

The size and location of the property were incredible, and the beds in each room were super comfortable. the sheets were excellent, and having a washer and dryer was a must. the kitchen was well-equipped, although it would have been nice to have olive oil and some basic pantry seasonings. the access to the building was easy, and the lift was convenient for our luggage. The layout with the extra bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family of six. Cons: Could not be improved in any way.

Everything was perfect, me and my kids greatly enjoyed the stay. It was located in a calm area close to the city Hall.

We had a wonderful stay at Residences Harcourt - Ile Saint Louis. The location and facilities were impeccable. The code entry system was efficient, and we loved not having to worry about keys. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for our party of 8. The hosts, Regis and Marc, were incredibly responsive and welcoming. The apartment was close to many attractions and plenty of dining options. We also appreciated the security measures in place for added peace of mind. Plus, having a washer and dryer on-site was a great convenience, especially with kids. we had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here.

The decor in the apartment was not to our liking, lacking the Parisian charm we had hoped for. Additionally, the bathroom situation was a bit challenging with one of them located inside a bedroom, requiring some shuffling.

Located close to the city Hall, this apartment is nestled in a quiet area, yet close to everything. the grocery store is conveniently nearby. the rooms are well-equipped with ample storage and good fixtures. the openable windows offer a pleasant view of the bustling activity.

The air conditioning units were not sufficient for the size of the rooms, resulting in discomfort during hot nights.

We had an amazing stay in a super spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. the location was unbeatable, with everything we needed within a 10-minute walk, including the grocery store and city Hall. the apartment was in a quiet area, allowing us to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. the room had air conditioning, big windows, and was super comfortable. We also enjoyed the lovely street and river views. the service was excellent, and the manager was very nice and accommodating. the apartment had all the necessary facilities, including a dishwasher and a separate dryer. It truly felt like a home away from home.

It was a bit inconvenient that we had to contact the manager multiple times for basic supplies like toilet paper and coffee capsules.

My recent stay at Residences Harcourt - Ile Saint Louis was wonderful. I stayed for a week in this centrally located apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the added amenities such as the Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and dryer. The big windows and little balconies added a special touch to the already beautiful and clean apartment. The location was superb, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to local shops. I also loved the tiny elevator, which was a welcome relief after a long day of exploring. I couldn't recommend Residences Harcourt - Ile Saint Louis highly enough.
